Box Jump
- 1 - Stand facing a sturdy box or platform with your feet shoulder-width apart, about 1-2 feet away from the box.
- 2 - Hinge slightly at the hips and bend your knees into a quarter squat, swinging your arms back to prepare for the jump.
- 3 - Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles while swinging your arms forward and upward to generate maximum power.
- 4 - Jump onto the box, landing softly with both feet simultaneously in a slight squat position, with your knees tracking over your toes.
- 5 - Stand fully upright on top of the box by extending your hips and knees to complete the rep.
- 6 - Step down one foot at a time carefully to return to the starting position — avoid jumping down to reduce injury risk.
- 7 - Reset your stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
