Chest-To-Bar
- 1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width overhand grip (palms facing away from you).
- 2 - Engage your core, depress your shoulder blades, and slightly hollow your body to prepare for the pull.
- 3 - Drive your elbows down and back powerfully while pulling your body upward toward the bar.
- 4 - Continue pulling until your chest makes contact with the bar, keeping your chest tall and shoulders retracted.
- 5 - Hold the top position briefly, ensuring your chest touches the bar just below the collarbone.
- 6 - Lower yourself back down in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining tension in your lats and core throughout.
