Wrist Flexor Stretch
- 1 - Extend one arm straight in front of you at shoulder height with your palm facing up.
- 2 - Keep your elbow fully extended but not locked aggressively.
- 3 - Use your opposite hand to gently pull your fingers and palm back toward the floor until you feel a stretch along the underside of your forearm.
- 4 - Keep your shoulder relaxed and avoid shrugging or twisting your wrist.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration while breathing slowly and steadily.
- 6 - Release gently, then repeat on the opposite side.
- 7 - Avoid bouncing or forcing the range of motion, especially if you feel sharp pain or nerve-like tingling.
