Pike Push-Up
- 1 - Start in a standard push-up position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Walk your feet forward and raise your hips toward the ceiling, forming an inverted V-shape with your body — similar to a Downward Dog position.
- 3 - Keep your arms and legs as straight as possible, with your head between your arms and your gaze directed toward your feet.
- 4 - Bend your elbows and slowly lower the top of your head toward the floor in a controlled motion, keeping your hips elevated throughout.
- 5 - Press through your palms to push yourself back up to the starting inverted V position, fully extending your arms.
- 6 - Maintain core engagement and avoid letting your hips drop during the movement.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
