Dumbbell Z Press
1 - Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you and your torso upright.
2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with your palms facing forward or slightly inward.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and avoid leaning back as you prepare to press.
4 - Press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended and the weights are stacked over your shoulders.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your ribs down and spine neutral.
6 - Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining an upright seated position.
