Parallel Bar Dip
1 - Stand between the parallel bars and grip each bar firmly with your palms facing inward.
2 - Jump or step up to support your body with your arms fully extended, shoulders down, and core engaged.
3 - Slightly lean your torso forward while keeping your elbows close to your body.
4 - Lower your body in a controlled motion by bending your elbows until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
5 - Press through your hands to extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and avoiding shoulder shrugging.
