Mini-Band Backward Walk
- 1 - Place a mini resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees, depending on the desired difficulty and comfort.
- 2 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, chest tall, and core engaged.
- 3 - Hinge slightly at the hips and maintain tension on the band by keeping your feet apart.
- 4 - Step one foot backward in a controlled manner, keeping your knees aligned with your toes and avoiding inward collapse.
- 5 - Bring the other foot backward to return to the starting stance width while keeping continuous tension on the band.
- 6 - Continue walking backward for the desired distance, time, or number of steps while maintaining steady posture and controlled movement.
