Single-Leg Depth Jump
1 - Stand on a sturdy box or platform on one leg with your toes near the edge and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Step off the box with the working leg, keeping your torso tall and eyes forward; do not jump upward from the box.
3 - Land softly on the same leg with your knee slightly bent, hips back, and foot, knee, and hip aligned.
4 - Immediately absorb the landing and rebound upward as explosively as possible, using your arms to assist the jump.
5 - Land again on the same leg with control, maintaining balance and avoiding knee collapse inward.
6 - Reset your position fully before the next repetition to maintain quality and safe mechanics.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
