Lateral Box Jump
1 - Stand beside a sturdy box with your feet about hip-width apart, keeping the box to your left or right side.
2 - Brace your core, bend your knees and hips slightly, and swing your arms back to prepare for the jump.
3 - Explosively drive through both feet, swing your arms forward, and jump laterally onto the box.
4 - Land softly with both feet fully on the box, knees slightly bent, hips back, and chest up.
5 - Stand tall to complete the repetition, maintaining balance and control.
6 - Step down carefully to the starting side or opposite side, reset your stance, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
