Machine Tibialis Raise
1 - Sit or stand at the tibialis raise machine according to its design, with the pads positioned over the top of your feet or forefoot.
2 - Secure your legs and keep your heels planted or supported so the movement comes only from your ankles.
3 - Start with your toes pointed slightly downward in a controlled position, feeling a stretch along the front of your shins.
4 - Pull your toes upward toward your shins by dorsiflexing your ankles, lifting the machine lever or resistance pad as high as comfortably possible.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your knees and hips still.
6 - Lower your toes back down slowly to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
