Box Jump Over
1 - Stand facing a sturdy box with your feet about hip-width apart and enough space to jump safely.
2 - Hinge slightly at the hips, bend your knees, and swing your arms back to prepare for the jump.
3 - Explosively jump onto the box, driving through your legs and swinging your arms forward for momentum.
4 - Land softly on top of the box with both feet, knees slightly bent, and chest up.
5 - Step or jump down to the opposite side of the box under control.
6 - Turn around or continue over the box as prescribed, repeating for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Maintain control on every landing and avoid letting your knees collapse inward.
