Sled Rope Pull
1 - Attach a strong rope securely to a weighted sled and extend the rope fully in a straight line.
2 - Stand facing the sled with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold the rope with both hands.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and slightly bend your knees and hips into an athletic stance.
4 - Pull the rope hand-over-hand toward your body using strong, controlled arm and back movements.
5 - Keep your torso stable and avoid excessive twisting as the sled moves toward you.
6 - Continue pulling until the sled reaches you or the target distance is completed.
7 - Reset the sled and rope as needed, then repeat for the desired distance, time, or number of sets.
