Stair Stepper
1 - Step onto the stair stepper machine and grip the handrails lightly for balance, avoiding leaning heavily on them.
2 - Set your desired resistance level, duration, or workout program on the machine's console.
3 - Begin stepping by pressing down with one foot while lifting the other, mimicking a climbing staircase motion.
4 - Keep your back straight, core engaged, and chest up throughout the movement.
5 - Maintain a steady, controlled pace ensuring each step is driven through the heel and midfoot for full muscle engagement.
6 - Avoid locking out your knees at the bottom of each step; keep a slight bend to protect the joints.
7 - Continue stepping for the desired duration, adjusting resistance as needed to maintain your target intensity.
