Cycling
- Mount the bike and adjust the seat height so that your legs are almost fully extended at the bottom of each pedal stroke.
- Place your feet securely on the pedals, ensuring your knees track in line with your feet throughout the movement.
- Grip the handlebars with a relaxed but firm hold, keeping your elbows slightly bent to absorb road or terrain vibrations.
- Maintain a neutral spine and slightly hinged torso position, avoiding excessive rounding of the lower back.
- Begin pedaling in a smooth, circular motion, driving through the ball of your foot and maintaining a consistent cadence.
- Breathe rhythmically throughout the ride, adjusting your intensity and resistance as needed based on terrain or fitness goals.
- Cool down by gradually reducing your pedaling speed and resistance during the final few minutes of your ride.
