Standing Single Arm Cable Row
- 1 - Stand facing a cable machine with a single handle attached at about waist or lower-chest height.
- 2 - Hold the handle with one hand and step back until there is tension in the cable.
- 3 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, core braced, and chest up.
- 4 - Start with your working arm extended, then pull the handle toward the side of your torso by driving your elbow back.
- 5 - Squeeze your back at the end of the movement without rotating your torso or shrugging your shoulder.
- 6 - Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position while keeping control of the cable.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides and perform the same movement with the other arm.
