Barbell Row From Pin
1 - Set the safety pins in a power rack around knee height or slightly below, then place a loaded barbell on the pins.
2 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, hinge at the hips, and grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with an overhand grip.
3 - Brace your core, keep your spine neutral, and pull your shoulders down and back before starting the lift.
4 - Row the bar from the pins toward your lower ribs or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar under control until it comes to a complete stop on the pins.
6 - Reset your brace and position between each repetition, then repeat for the desired number of reps.
