Forward Skips
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Begin by driving your right knee upward toward your hip height while simultaneously pushing off the ball of your left foot.
3 - As your right foot lands, quickly perform a small skip or hop on that same foot before transitioning to the next step.
4 - Drive your left knee upward while pushing off the ball of your right foot, alternating in a rhythmic skipping motion.
5 - Swing your arms in opposition to your legs (right arm forward with left knee drive) to maintain balance and momentum.
6 - Keep your core engaged, chest upright, and gaze forward as you progress forward with each skip.
7 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, maintaining a consistent and fluid rhythm throughout.
