Assisted Dip Machine
1 - Stand on the assistance platform of the dip machine and grip the parallel bars firmly with your palms facing inward.
2 - Select an appropriate counterweight on the machine — a higher counterweight provides more assistance, making the exercise easier.
3 - Step off the platform, supporting your body weight with your arms fully extended and your elbows slightly soft.
4 - Lean slightly forward to engage the chest more, or keep your torso upright to target the triceps more directly.
5 - Slowly lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the ground or your shoulders are just below your elbows.
6 - Press through your palms to push your body back up to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the movement.
