Finger Extension With Rubber Band
- 1 - Place a rubber band around the outside of your fingers and thumb, positioning it near the fingertips or around the middle of the fingers.
- 2 - Start with your fingers and thumb together in a relaxed, slightly flexed position.
- 3 - Keeping your wrist neutral and forearm supported if needed, slowly spread your fingers and thumb apart against the resistance of the band.
- 4 - Open your hand as wide as you can without pain or excessive tension.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the widest position, then slowly return your fingers to the starting position under control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining smooth movement and avoiding snapping the band back.
