Tuck Jump
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2 - Bend your knees and lower into a quarter squat to generate momentum.
3 - Explosively jump upward as high as possible, driving both knees up toward your chest.
4 - At the peak of the jump, wrap your arms around your knees briefly to complete the tuck position.
5 - Release your legs and extend them back down, preparing for a soft landing.
6 - Land softly on the balls of your feet with your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact.
7 - Immediately transition into the next repetition by loading into the quarter squat position.
