A-March
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, chest up, and arms bent at about 90 degrees like a running position.
- 2 - Brace your core and keep your head neutral, looking straight ahead.
- 3 - Drive one knee up to about hip height while keeping the toes pulled up toward the shin and the opposite foot firmly on the ground.
- 4 - Coordinate the opposite arm forward as the knee rises, maintaining relaxed shoulders and a compact arm swing.
- 5 - Step the lifted foot down directly under your hips with control, then repeat on the opposite side.
- 6 - Continue marching forward with an upright posture, rhythmic arm action, and controlled knee drive for the desired distance or duration.
