Tibialis Raise
- 1 - Stand with your back against a wall and your feet about 12–18 inches in front of you, keeping your heels on the floor.
- 2 - Keep your legs straight or slightly bent, your torso upright, and your core lightly engaged.
- 3 - Lift the front of your feet and toes upward toward your shins as high as possible while keeping your heels planted.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the muscles along the front of your lower legs.
- 5 - Lower your toes back toward the floor in a controlled motion without letting your posture collapse.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
