Dumbbell Squeeze Press
- 1 - Lie flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, holding them at chest level with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
- 2 - Press the dumbbells together firmly against each other, creating constant inward tension throughout the movement.
- 3 - Keep your feet flat on the floor, your back slightly arched, and your shoulder blades retracted and pressed into the bench.
- 4 - Press the dumbbells upward in a straight line while maintaining the squeezing pressure between them until your arms are fully extended.
- 5 - Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to chest level in a controlled manner, keeping the squeeze between them at all times.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the bottom without losing tension, then press back up for the desired number of repetitions.
