Downward Dog Calf Pedal
- 1 - Start on your hands and knees with your hands shoulder-width apart and knees under your hips.
- 2 - Press through your palms, tuck your toes, and lift your hips up and back into a downward dog position.
- 3 - Keep your spine long, chest gently reaching toward your thighs, and your head relaxed between your arms.
- 4 - Bend one knee while pressing the opposite heel toward the floor to stretch the calf and hamstring.
- 5 - Switch sides by straightening the bent leg and bending the opposite knee, alternating in a smooth pedaling motion.
- 6 - Continue alternating slowly while breathing steadily and keeping your shoulders stable.
