- Begin in a tabletop position on all fours with your hands shoulder-width apart and knees hip-width apart.
- Press through your palms and tuck your toes, then lift your hips up and back to form a full Downward Dog position, creating an inverted V-shape with your body.
- Keep both heels pressing toward the floor and your spine long, with your head relaxed between your arms.
- Inhale and lift your right leg straight up toward the ceiling, keeping your hips square and your core engaged.
- Hold the lifted position for a brief moment, then slowly lower your right foot back to the floor.
- Repeat on the opposite side by lifting your left leg up toward the ceiling, maintaining stable hips and an engaged core.
- Continue alternating legs in a controlled and fluid motion for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
