Truck Pull
- 1 - Attach a harness securely around your torso and connect it to the pulling rope or chain linked to the truck or heavy vehicle.
- 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, leaning forward at approximately 45 degrees, maintaining a strong, neutral spine.
- 3 - Drive powerfully through your legs, pushing off the ground in a strong walking or running motion, keeping your core braced and tight.
- 4 - Pump your arms aggressively in coordination with your leg drive to maximize forward momentum and pulling power.
- 5 - Keep your chest up and avoid rounding your lower back as you pull the load forward with short, powerful steps.
- 6 - Continue pulling the vehicle for the designated distance, maintaining consistent effort and breathing rhythmically throughout.
- 7 - Once the distance is complete, come to a controlled stop, remove the harness, and recover before the next set.
