Depth Jump To Broad Jump
1 - Stand tall on a sturdy box with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes near the edge.
2 - Step off the box with one foot; do not jump upward or push off aggressively from the box.
3 - Land softly on both feet with knees slightly bent, hips back, and your chest up, absorbing the impact quickly.
4 - Immediately swing your arms forward and explosively jump forward into a broad jump.
5 - Land the broad jump softly with both feet, bending your knees and hips to control the landing.
6 - Pause briefly to stabilize, then walk back to the box and reset before the next repetition.
7 - Keep each repetition explosive and stop the set if your landing mechanics or jump quality declines.
