Swiss Bar Incline Bench Press
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline and position it inside a rack with the Swiss bar set at an appropriate height.
- 2 - Lie back on the bench with your feet planted firmly on the floor, upper back tight, and eyes slightly behind the bar.
- 3 - Grip the neutral handles of the Swiss bar evenly, keeping your wrists straight and elbows slightly tucked.
- 4 - Unrack the bar and hold it directly over your upper chest with your arms extended.
- 5 - Lower the bar under control toward your upper chest while keeping your shoulders pulled back and down.
- 6 - Press the bar upward until your arms are fully extended, maintaining a stable torso and neutral wrist position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
