Lateral Skater Hops
1 - Stand on one leg with a slight bend in the knee and hip, keeping your core engaged and chest up.
2 - Push off your standing leg explosively to the side, driving your opposite leg and arm across your body for momentum.
3 - Land softly on the opposite leg, absorbing the impact by bending the knee and hinging slightly at the hip.
4 - Briefly stabilize on the landing leg, maintaining balance before immediately pushing off again in the opposite direction.
5 - Continue alternating side to side in a rhythmic, controlled manner, mimicking a speed skater's motion.
6 - Keep your torso low and leaning slightly forward throughout the movement to maintain proper athletic position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
