Triple Broad Jump
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes pointing forward.
- 2 - Swing your arms back and hinge at the hips while bending your knees to load your legs for the first jump.
- 3 - Explosively swing your arms forward and jump as far forward as possible, extending through your hips, knees, and ankles.
- 4 - Land softly on both feet with your knees slightly bent, then immediately absorb the landing and transition into the second broad jump.
- 5 - Repeat the same explosive forward jump for a second and third consecutive jump, maintaining balance and forward momentum.
- 6 - After the third landing, stabilize your body, keep your chest up, and avoid letting your knees collapse inward.
- 7 - Walk back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of sets or measured distance.
