Reactive Box Jump
1 - Stand facing a low to moderate-height box with your feet about hip-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
2 - Brace your core, slightly bend your knees and hips, and prepare to jump with a quick athletic stance.
3 - Jump explosively onto the box, using your arms for momentum and landing softly with both feet fully on the box.
4 - Absorb the landing by bending your knees and hips while keeping your chest up and knees tracking in line with your toes.
5 - Step or lightly hop back down to the floor and land in a controlled athletic position.
6 - As soon as your feet touch the ground, quickly absorb the landing and rebound into the next jump with minimal pause.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping each jump fast, controlled, and focused on quick ground contact.
