Short Foot Exercise
1 - Sit or stand barefoot with your foot flat on the floor and your toes pointing forward.
2 - Keep your heel and the ball of your foot in contact with the ground throughout the movement.
3 - Gently draw the ball of your foot toward your heel to lift and shorten the arch without curling your toes.
4 - Hold the raised arch position while keeping your toes relaxed and flat on the floor.
5 - Slowly release the arch back to the starting position with control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or hold duration, then switch sides.
