Cable Incline Press
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline and position it centered between two low cable pulleys.
- 2 - Attach a handle to each cable, sit on the bench, and hold the handles at upper-chest level with your palms facing forward.
- 3 - Plant your feet firmly on the floor, brace your core, and keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down against the bench.
- 4 - Press the handles upward and slightly inward until your arms are extended above your upper chest without locking your elbows aggressively.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your chest while keeping control of the cables.
- 6 - Lower the handles back to upper-chest level in a slow, controlled motion, keeping your elbows slightly below shoulder height.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
