Single-Leg Box Jump
- 1 - Stand on one leg facing a sturdy box, with the box at an appropriate height for safe single-leg jumping.
- 2 - Keep your chest up, brace your core, and slightly bend the knee and hip of the working leg.
- 3 - Swing your arms back and hinge slightly at the hips to load the jump.
- 4 - Explosively drive through the working foot, swing your arms forward, and jump onto the box using only one leg.
- 5 - Land softly on the same foot with your knee tracking in line with your toes, absorbing the impact by bending your hip, knee, and ankle.
- 6 - Stand tall to complete the repetition, maintaining balance and control on the box.
- 7 - Step down carefully and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
