1 - Adjust the seat height so your knee remains slightly bent at the bottom of each pedal stroke.
2 - Adjust the handlebars to a comfortable height and position, keeping your chest lifted and shoulders relaxed.
3 - Secure your feet in the pedals or straps and sit tall with a neutral spine.
4 - Begin pedaling at an easy pace, gradually increasing resistance and cadence as needed.
5 - Maintain smooth, controlled pedal strokes while keeping your knees tracking in line with your toes.
6 - Use the resistance knob to increase or decrease intensity based on your workout goal.
7 - Continue for the prescribed duration, distance, or intensity, then gradually reduce resistance for a cool-down.
