Lateral Bound
1 - Stand on one leg with a slight bend in your knee and hip, maintaining an athletic stance.
2 - Load the standing leg by pushing your hips back slightly and bending your knee to generate power.
3 - Explosively push off the standing leg and bound laterally to the opposite side as far as possible.
4 - Land softly on the opposite foot, absorbing the impact by bending your knee and hip to cushion the landing.
5 - Maintain balance on the landing leg for a brief moment before repeating in the opposite direction.
6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on maximizing lateral distance and controlled landings.
