Meditation
- 1 - Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
- 2 - Sit in a comfortable position — cross-legged on the floor, on a cushion, or upright in a chair — with your spine tall and relaxed.
- 3 - Close your eyes gently and let your hands rest on your knees or lap.
- 4 - Take a few deep breaths — inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 2 counts, then exhale gently through your mouth for 6 counts.
- 5 - Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm and bring your full attention to the sensation of each breath entering and leaving your body.
- 6 - When thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and gently redirect your focus back to your breath.
- 7 - Continue for the desired duration, then slowly open your eyes and take a moment before resuming activity.
