Lying Glute Stretch
1 - Lie flat on your back on a comfortable surface with both legs extended.
2 - Bend your right knee and place your right foot flat on the floor.
3 - Lift your left leg and cross your left ankle over your right knee, forming a figure-four shape.
4 - Gently pull your right thigh toward your chest by interlacing your fingers behind your right hamstring or on top of your right shin.
5 - Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, feeling the stretch deep in your left glute and hip.
6 - Slowly release and return to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side.
