Hip Circles
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your hands on your hips.
2 - Engage your core and maintain a tall, upright posture throughout the movement.
3 - Begin by pushing your hips out to one side, then rotate them forward, to the other side, and then backward in a smooth, circular motion.
4 - Complete the full circle in one direction for the desired number of repetitions.
5 - Pause briefly, then reverse the direction and perform the same number of circles.
6 - Keep the movement controlled and fluid, focusing on maximizing range of motion at the hip joint.
