Side-to-Side Leg Swings
- 1 - Stand upright next to a wall or sturdy support, placing one hand on it for balance.
- 2 - Shift your weight onto one leg, keeping a slight bend in the standing knee.
- 3 - Lift the opposite leg slightly off the ground, keeping it relaxed and extended.
- 4 - Swing the lifted leg outward to the side as far as your hip mobility allows, keeping your torso upright and stable.
- 5 - Reverse the motion and swing the leg back across the body in front of the standing leg, allowing a natural and controlled arc.
- 6 - Continue the side-to-side swinging motion in a rhythmic, controlled manner for the desired number of repetitions.
- 7 - Switch legs and repeat the movement on the opposite side.
