Cable Lat Pulldown Kneeling
- 1 - Attach a lat pulldown bar or suitable handle to a high cable pulley and select an appropriate weight.
- 2 - Kneel facing the cable machine with your knees about hip-width apart and your torso upright.
- 3 - Reach up and grasp the attachment with an overhand grip, keeping your arms fully extended and shoulders slightly elevated.
- 4 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and avoid leaning back excessively.
- 5 - Pull the attachment down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back.
- 6 - Squeeze your lats briefly at the bottom, then slowly return the attachment to the starting position with control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable kneeling position.
