Dumbbell Chest Press
1 - Sit on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand resting on your thighs.
2 - Lean back onto the bench, bringing the dumbbells up to chest level with your palms facing forward and elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees.
3 - Plant your feet firmly on the ground, retract your shoulder blades, and maintain a slight arch in your lower back.
4 - Press the dumbbells upward and slightly inward in a controlled motion until your arms are fully extended above your chest.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbells back down to chest level, feeling the stretch in your chest.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the movement.
