Band Lateral Walks
- 1 - Place a resistance band around both legs, just above your ankles or around your knees.
- 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, creating tension in the band.
- 3 - Slightly bend your knees and hinge forward at the hips into a quarter-squat position, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
- 4 - Step laterally to the right with your right foot, maintaining the tension in the band and keeping your toes pointed forward.
- 5 - Follow with your left foot, bringing it back to shoulder-width apart without letting the band go slack.
- 6 - Continue stepping laterally for the desired number of repetitions or distance, then repeat in the opposite direction.
- 7 - Keep your hips level and avoid letting your knees cave inward throughout the movement.
