Tricep Dips on Bench
1 - Sit on the edge of a bench with your hands placed beside your hips, fingers facing forward and gripping the bench.
2 - Walk your feet forward and slide your hips off the bench, keeping your arms extended and your chest lifted.
3 - Keep your legs extended or slightly bent, with heels on the floor and shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
4 - Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them pointing mostly backward and close to your sides.
5 - Descend until your elbows reach about a 90-degree angle or as far as your shoulders can comfortably tolerate.
6 - Press through your palms to straighten your arms and lift your body back to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your torso close to the bench.
