Butt Kicks
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides.
- 2 - Begin jogging in place or moving forward at a controlled pace.
- 3 - Drive one heel up toward your glutes by flexing your knee, making contact or coming as close as possible to your buttocks.
- 4 - Quickly alternate legs in a running motion, keeping your thighs perpendicular to the ground and your knees pointing downward.
- 5 - Pump your arms in sync with your legs, bending them at 90 degrees and driving them forward and back to maintain momentum.
- 6 - Keep your core engaged, your chest upright, and your gaze forward throughout the movement.
- 7 - Continue for the desired duration or distance, maintaining a steady and controlled rhythm.
