Alternating Leg Bounds
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Push off explosively with your right foot, driving your left knee up and forward while swinging your right arm forward for momentum.
3 - Bound forward, landing softly on your left foot with a slight bend in the knee to absorb the impact.
4 - Immediately push off explosively with your left foot, driving your right knee up and forward while swinging your left arm forward.
5 - Continue alternating legs in a rhythmic, bounding pattern, covering as much horizontal distance as possible with each bound.
6 - Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement, engaging your core for stability.
7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions or distance.
