Seated Neck Stretch
1 - Sit upright on a chair or bench with your feet flat on the floor and your shoulders relaxed.
2 - Keep your chest lifted and your spine tall without arching your lower back.
3 - Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder without raising the shoulder.
4 - For a deeper stretch, gently place the hand on the same side over the top of your head and apply light pressure.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, keeping the opposite shoulder relaxed and down.
6 - Return your head to the center in a controlled motion, then repeat on the other side.
7 - Perform for the desired duration, avoiding any bouncing or painful pulling.
