Seated Chin Tuck
1 - Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your spine in a neutral position.
2 - Look straight ahead with your eyes level and your shoulders relaxed and pulled slightly back.
3 - Gently retract your head straight back, creating a 'double chin' by tucking your chin toward your throat without tilting your head up or down.
4 - Hold the retracted position for 2-3 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch at the base of the skull and the back of the neck.
5 - Slowly return your head to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining proper posture throughout.
