Neck Circle Stretch
1 - Stand or sit upright with your shoulders relaxed and your spine in a neutral position.
2 - Slowly drop your chin toward your chest, feeling a gentle stretch along the back of your neck.
3 - Begin to roll your head to the right side, bringing your right ear toward your right shoulder.
4 - Continue the circular motion by slowly tilting your head back slightly, then rolling it to the left side, bringing your left ear toward your left shoulder.
5 - Complete the circle by returning your chin back down toward your chest.
6 - Perform the full circle slowly and in a controlled manner, then reverse the direction.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions in each direction, avoiding any jerky or rapid movements.
