Cross-Body Hammer Curl
1 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing your torso).
2 - Keep your elbows close to your sides and your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
3 - Curl one dumbbell across your body toward the opposite shoulder, keeping the neutral (hammer) grip intact.
4 - Squeeze the bicep and brachialis at the top of the movement, holding briefly.
5 - Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the movement with the opposite arm, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
